OnSide had been in business for a few years and the need for an updated website spurred a branding discussion addressing the fact their logo and communications were struggling to bring the brand to life.

Lacking any real brand story and visual elements, we needed to explore the disconnect and expand the OnSide brand strategy beyond a logo to encourage connection and action.

Strategy

Through team workshops we came to understand the passion and dedication of the OnSide team and how once they established connections with their customers, their positivity and drive, empowered their customers to reach their goals. We translated the advantage of having the team ‘OnSide’ and the service they offer into a visual space. Taking core elements from the logo design we wrapped our customers in OnSide, our warmth and support, reflecting the the customised approach to each individual and their needs.

‘Focus on the possibilities’ became the mantra for staff and the extended OnSide community of customers, medical professionals and caregivers, as the brand was brought to life through imagery, voice and type.
